Jason helped me find a house in the location I wanted that was with in budget. This was not an easy task based on where I wanted to live. All the places we looked at prior to this one he was quick and easy about me saying no and didn’t try to talk me into anything unlike other agents I have dealt with over the years. He didn’t waste my time or try to talk non-sense which I greatly appreciated. I will use him again for the next property most certainly.

His market knowledge is both deep and broad, his communication skills are excellent, he is promptly responsive to texts, emails and phone calls, and he is a highly skilled negotiator. My only regret is that I did not find Jay until the last of my four recent transactions.
